Equipment: Threshold IMT trainer device and nose clip

Technique:
- Sit upright in a chair and apply the nose clip.
- Check that your resistance is set on the device.
- Close your lips around the mouthpiece. Keep a good seal with your lips throughout the exercises.
- Breathe slowly and rhythmically in and out through the device without removing it from your mouth.

Intensity & Duration:
- Repeat up to 30 mins/day, 7 days/week.
